The greatest legacy we can leave children is happy memories
-Og Mandino
Emma Munson Foundation is collecting new and gently used costumes to be distributed to children in need - to make Halloween memories
for them and things a little easier for their parents.
This will be our third Halloween season and we're working to expand both the 'giving' and 'receiving' sides of the program - and
can use more help! We are working to setup a network of distribution sites and contacting local care organizations to see if
the families that they serve would benefit by your generosity.
Last year we collected over 600 costumes and hope to continue to grow this event - it's a great way to help take stress off of
families in need and directly help children in our area. If your child has had happy memories around Halloween, you can help make sure another child does too.
Costumes will be collected until early-October and then will be organized and distributed at a number of Costume Parties in our local area. We will
continue our tradition with Providence Connections (one of our favorite places) but have expanded to help serve more families to spread the love shared by you - our faithful.
Costumes should be clean and in good condition (similar to what you would put on your own child) and the most popular ones are expected to be Super Hero,
Star Wars, Princess and Fairies. We expect children aged infant to young adult will benefit from your kindness.
