![]() Henry's List... The Return Visit Seeing the impact this program has on those in need July 2017 More Pics: Facebook Post For Henry's List, the return visit is one of the best parts. In April we were introduced to Nesha, a young woman who had recently given birth to a beautiful baby girl just a few weeks before. Nesha has family in this area but they have not been able to provide much assistance, so she has had to work very hard to provide for her young family. Inspiring to say the least. When we came to her apartment for our first delivery, we found a nearly vacant space but one that was all hers. You could feel the pride (and gratitude) when you spoke to her about her future - getting settled, a job and then resumption of college. She had a plan. That's where you come in. |

Our crew finished our April deliveries and when we left, her bare apartment was more like a home. But there were still a few gaps as we left that first visit.
What was lacking was some of the comforts of home, a place to store clothes, chairs for the table and a place for the baby to sleep when she grew out of the
small bassinet.
We vowed to return. |

Last month our Henry's List volunteers brought a crib, some chairs and a dresser - donations that were inspired by the hope that a life (or two) would be better off
because of our foundation. The return visit didn't disappoint.

One of our supporters ordered the crib from Amazon - just like many of you do at Christmas as part of an Angel Tree. You see, Henry's List IS just like an Angel Tree -
but all year long. Our return visit reaffirmed that our foundation is "improving the quality of life" - one family at a time.

We look forward to staying in touch with this family and seeing the baby girl thrive - just like her Momma is. In part because of your help.
